Terms and Conditions & Liability Disclaimer

By registering for Creative France Workshops you are accepting your agreement with and obligation to this Terms, Conditions and Liability Disclaimer. If you have objections to any of the following please do not register before speaking with us. We thank you for respecting our policies.

DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS, CANCELLATION

*Once we receive your registration form, we will  contact you to discuss your interests, then  send you an invoice for a  deposit of $1000.

* Upon receiving an email confirmation when the minimum participation is reached  you will then receive an invoice for the final payment. Any discount will be applied to the final invoice.

 * If the balance is not received by 60 days before the start of the workshop, your reservation will be canceled, and you will be charged a $650 cancellation fee.  If we cancel the workshop you will receive a full refund.

* Our refund policy respects a documented change in your health condition that precludes your participation,  a medical emergency, or international Covid restrictions.:

Cancellation Terms

Because space is limited, we ask that you respect these cancellation terms. 

Should you cancel your participation the following cancellation terms will apply:

•  90 days or more before the start of the workshop you will be refunded your payment minus a cancellation fee of $250.
• 89- 60 Days before the start of the workshop you will be refunded your payment minus $650 cancellation fee.  If we can fill your spot we will refund  your cancellation fee. 
• Under 60 days, there is no refund. 
• International Covid travel restriction provides for a  "rain check" in participation.

Any cancellation must  be made by email to info@creativefranceworkshops.com and you must confirm that you receive notification that we have cancelled as per your request. 

Creative France Workshops has the right to cancel a workshop for any reason whatsoever. In the unlikely event of such cancellation, all payments received by us will be completely refunded.

TRAVEL INSURANCE 

We recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Carefully examine the terms and coverages of such policy before purchasing.

LIABILITY WAIVER

Creative France Workshops will take every measure to ensure your safety during its program. You are however legally responsible for your safety and behavior. You agree to the following:  

•  I am 18 years or over.
•  I confirm I am in good health and can participate in Creative France Workshops activities.
•  I understand that Creative France Workshops is not responsible for my baggage or personal effects.
• I understand that I am responsible for making alternate arrangements in the event of travel delays.
•  I am responsible for paying for my own transportation to the workshop location.
• I understand that all local services and accommodations are subject to the laws and regulations of France and that Creative France Workshops acts only as an agent for such independent suppliers that provide accommodations, transportation, and any other services connected with Creative France Workshops. Those services are subject to the terms and conditions of those suppliers. Creative France Workshops owner, respective agents and representatives have no liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or any other incident that  may be caused by the negligence, defect, default of any company or person in performing these services.
• I understand that Creative France Workshops reserves the right to accept, remove, or decline any participant at any time for any reason. A refund equal to the cost of the unused period of engagement is the limit of Creative France Workshops’s financial responsibility.
• I agree that Creative France Workshops hereby gives notice that all services and arrangements related to its workshops have been made upon the express condition that it and its representatives shall not be held liable and do not assume responsibility for any claims, damages, expenses or other financial loss whether to person or property arising out of any injury, accident, death, cancellation, delay, alteration, or inconvenience resulting from any acts of negligence, breach of contract, omission, or by weather, sickness, strike, quarantine, hostilities, local laws or the willful or negligent acts of any other trip participant, or any cause whatsoever.
• I consent and acknowledge that if I require emergency medical treatment as a result of accident or illness arising during my participation in Creative France Workshops, I am financially responsible for any medical or legal bills that may be incurred. I understand that agents of Creative France Workshops are not legally obliged to act on that information or to provide any medical service whatsoever to me.
• If I have any medical or psychological conditions that may limit or hamper my participation in Creative France Workshops I agree to notify Creative France Workshops representatives and that they have the right to cancel my participation in portions of the program or in its entirety. 
• I understand that I am responsible for my own health and well being, including carrying with me any necessary medications. I also understand that I must report to Creative France Workshops representatives any health-related issues that might affect myself or other participants.
• I agree that Creative France Workshops reserves the right to take photographic or video records during any of its workshops in which I participate and may use such records for promotional and/or commercial purposes.
