Terms and Conditions & Liability Disclaimer

By registering for Creative France Workshops you are accepting your agreement with and obligation to this Terms, Conditions and Liability Disclaimer. If you have objections to any of the following please do not register before speaking with us. Please print this form and bring this with you to sign at the beginning of the workshop program. We thank you for respecting our policies.

DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS, CANCELLATION

By sending in your deposit you agree to these terms.

Once we receive your registration form, we will  contact you to discuss your interests, then  send you an invoice for a  deposit of $1000. Of that $300 is not refundable. 

* Upon receiving an email confirmation that the workshop is confirmed you will receive within 30 dayan invoice for the final payment with the due date. Any discount will be applied to the final invoice. If the workshop is cancelled you will receive a full reimbursement. Please do not book your ticket until you receiev confirmation of the workshop.

 * If the balance is not received by 60 days before the start of the workshop, your reservation will be canceled, and you will be charged a $300 cancellation fee in addition to the non nrefundable deposit.  

*Our refund policy respects official international Covid restrictions.

*If CreativeFranceWorkships cancels the workshops you will receive a full refund.

Cancellation Terms

Because space is limited and there is high demand for these kinds of beautiful accommodations,  we ask that you read and respect our cancellation terms. 

Should you cancel your participation the following cancellation terms will apply:

•  90 days or more before the final date of payment for the workshop you will be refunded your payment minus the non refundable deposit of $300 . 
• 89- 60 Days before the final date of payment you will be refunded your payment minus the $300 non refundable deposit and  a $200 cancellation fee as well as the  non refundable terms of a Villa Delphina cancellation.  
• Under 60 days from final payment date, there is no refund. 
• International Covid travel restrictions provide for a  "rain check" in participation.

Any cancellation you make must  be by email to info@creativefranceworkshops.com Subject: Cancellation. You must confirm that you received notification that we cancelled as per your request. 

Creative France Workshops has the right to cancel a workshop for any reason whatsoever. In the unlikely event of such cancellation, all payments received by us will be completely refunded.

TRAVEL INSURANCE 

Required: travel insurance and medical insurance if that is not included in your trip insurance or extend your insurance coverage for the duration of the workshops.

LIABILITY WAIVER

Creative France Workshops will take every measure to ensure your safety during its program. You are however legally responsible for your safety and behavior. By registering you agree to the following:  

•  I am 18 years or over
• I understand the risks of group traveling, am joining the group voluntarily and release Creative France Workshops from all and any  legal claims related to my general participation or due to my negligence.
•  I confirm I am in good physical and mental health and can participate in Creative France Workshops activities which take place in the mid Pyrenees. I am able to walk steep cobblestone village streets and some rocky paths.  In the event I cannot participate fully I will notify Creative France Workshops in advance and do not hold the workshops responsible for making alternative activity plans for me.
•  I understand that Creative France Workshops is not responsible for my baggage or personal effects.
• I understand that I am responsible for making alternate arrangements in the event of travel delays.
•  I am responsible for paying for my own transportation to and from the workshop location.
• I understand that all local services and accommodations are subject to the laws and regulations of France and that Creative France Workshops acts only as an agent for such independent suppliers that provide accommodations, transportation, and any other services connected with Creative France Workshops. Those services are subject to the terms and conditions of those suppliers. Creative France Workshops owner, respective agents and representatives have no liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or any other incident that  may be caused by the negligence, defect, default of any company or person in performing these services.
• I understand that Creative France Workshops reserves the right to accept, remove, or decline my participation at any time if  fail to fully disclose any limiting health problems. In this case I will be refunded half of the fee paid to date;  the initial  $300 is not refundable.
• I agree that Creative France Workshops hereby gives notice that all services and arrangements related to its workshops have been made upon the express condition that it and its representatives shall not be held liable and do not assume responsibility for any claims, damages, expenses or other financial loss whether to person or property arising out of any injury, accident, death, cancellation, delay, alteration, or inconvenience resulting from any acts of negligence, breach of contract, omission, or by weather, sickness, strike, quarantine, hostilities, local laws or the willful or negligent acts of any other trip participant, or any cause whatsoever.
• I consent and acknowledge that if I require emergency medical treatment as a result of accident or illness arising during my participation in Creative France Workshops, I am financially responsible for any medical or legal bills that may be incurred. I understand that agents of Creative France Workshops are not legally obliged to act on that information and will not provide any medical service whatsoever to me.
•  I understand that there are no immediate medical services other than a pharmacy available at the villages participating in this workshop program.
• I understand that I am responsible for my own health and well being, including carrying with me any necessary medications, and purchasing medical insurance for the duration of the workshops. I also understand that I must report to Creative France Workshops representatives prior to enrolling any health-related issues that might affect myself or other participants.
• I agree that Creative France Workshops reserves the right to take photographic or video records  of me during any of its workshops in which I participate and may use such records for promotional and/or commercial purposes.

Creative France Workhops is a registered LLC in North Carolina, USA.
